Your requirements for taking this offer
are very simple. All you need is a
broadband connection to any
computers requiring cover.
We will need to visit your computers to
set up our system on it. This requires
minimal use of your resources, takes
only a couple of minutes and does not
require a restart of your computer.
We would also like to give you
something extra with this offer.
Sometimes a call out cannot be
avoided. If your broadband has failed
or your computer won’t boot, then we
can’t get into it remotely. Our current
call out charge is £65 per hour. When
you take out our remote technician
system, we will give you one free 1
hour call out per year and slash our
call out charge to £47 saving you £18
every time we have to visit you. Added
to this we will give you preferential
parts prices if your computer needs
anything replacing.
We will also give you another bonus of
a standard call out rate of just £47 on
all of your office hardware. This
includes your printers, copiers, faxes
and the network that connects them all.
